1. About us

Autobahn Parts is an online store owned by Autobahn Parts Company, Commercial Registration No. 7055099092, VAT No. 314995389300003. By using the store you agree to these terms.

2. Products

• We sell parts from approved European brands such as Brembo and Hengst, matching the original part specifications.
• We take care to keep photos, specifications and part numbers accurate; the packaging may differ slightly.
• The customer is responsible for making sure the part fits their car, and can send us their VIN before ordering so we check the fit for free.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT.
• Available payment methods: mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Bank, and installments via Tabby and Tamara.
• If a product shows an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount to the customer.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is completed and the confirmation message is received. We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, with a full refund.

5. Shipping and returns

Governed by the Shipping & Delivery policy and the Return & Exchange Policy published on the store.

6. Warranty

Products are covered against manufacturing defects under the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or installation on an incompatible vehicle.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for any damage resulting from incorrect installation of the part, and we recommend installation by a qualified technician.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the E-Commerce Law.
