We ship to all cities and regions of Saudi Arabia.

Shipping cost

Calculated automatically based on the shipping company and city, and shown to the customer on the checkout page before payment.

Delivery time

• Parts in stock: 2 to 5 business days.
• Special-order parts: preparation takes 3 to 14 business days for Brembo and Hengst parts, and 3 to 28 business days for genuine BMW parts, then the part is shipped to your city. The preparation time is shown on each product page before ordering.
• The delivery time starts from order confirmation and excludes Fridays and official holidays.

Order tracking

After shipping, we send the customer the tracking number by SMS or email.

Delays

If delivery is delayed more than 15 days beyond the time shown on the product page, the customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund, unless the delay is due to force majeure.

On delivery

Please inspect the shipment on receipt. If it arrives damaged, or you received the wrong part, contact us within 48 hours at +966560025380 with photos of the shipment. This does not affect your right to return within 7 days under the Return & Exchange Policy.
